Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. These help us provide the best experience for every client.
Certain services require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposit amounts vary by service and are listed on the booking page.
Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
We understand plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to accommodate the next client. The full service price will still apply.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show at the esthetician's discretion.
A consultation is required before booking microchanneling or chemical peel treatments. This allows us to review your skin history, current regimen, and ensure the treatment is appropriate for your skin.
Consultation fee: $30 (30 minutes). A deposit of $15 is required to book.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service.
Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 through our booking platform.
For best results, please arrive with a clean face — no makeup if possible. Avoid retinol or exfoliating products for 48 hours before chemical peels or microchanneling.
Notify your esthetician of any new medications, skin conditions, or allergies before your treatment.
