Summerlin North contains the first villages built when Howard Hughes Properties broke ground on the master plan in 1990. The Trails, The Hills, and The Crossing are mature now — older landscaping, larger lots than the new Summerlin West villages, and an established country-club-and-village feel. This is the side of Summerlin where the original residents are now in long-term skin care relationships, often visiting for the same routines they've been doing for years.
From The Trails or The Hills you'll come south on Town Center Dr or east on West Charleston Blvd to Durango Dr, then south. The 215 is faster from the western edge of the villages (Anasazi to 215 south, exit Durango). Either way, plan around 20 to 25 minutes depending on which village you're starting from.
