The Vistas has been part of Summerlin long enough to have grown into itself: full trees, finished streets, no active construction anywhere near it. For skin, the absence of construction is a genuine advantage over the newer western villages — substantially less airborne dust, which means less congestion and fewer blackheads appearing for no reason you can identify.
