Section 10 has the look and feel of established Las Vegas — mature trees, custom homes, lots that aren't cookie-cutter. The area near Section 10 Park and the section of Charleston Blvd west of Buffalo Dr has been residential for decades, and that shows in the demographics: longer-term residents, fewer rentals, more multi-generational households than newer master-planned villages.
From most Section 10 addresses, Charleston Blvd east to Durango Dr then south is the cleanest route. About 12 to 16 minutes depending on traffic, no 215 needed. Charleston tends to slow at 5 PM, so we suggest mid-day or evening slots after 6:30.
