Summerlin West covers the villages built as the master plan pushed toward the Spring Mountains — The Mesa, The Cliffs, Stonebridge, Reverence and their neighbours. It is the newest and highest part of Summerlin, and both facts matter for skin. Newest means ongoing construction and the airborne dust that travels with it. Highest means measurably more ultraviolet exposure than the valley floor, because there is less atmosphere overhead to filter it. Residents who move here from central Las Vegas frequently report that their skin changed within a year and put it down to age. Often it is not age at all. It is a different environment asking different things of the same routine.
The reason Summerlin West residents make the thirteen-to-sixteen-minute drive past closer options is generally not price. It is that this is a single-esthetician studio. Any one of those shifts what a routine has to do; together they can outrun a regimen that worked perfectly well five miles east. The fix is not adding more product on top.
